Oreo Cookie Protein Shake
This Oreo Cookie Protein Shake is by far my favorite protein shake recipe. It’s creamy, delectable and high in protein. It can serve as a post-workout shake, meal replacement or just an evening treat. It’s a great way to curb your sweet tooth without binging and ruining your diet.
Ingredients for the Shake
The star for this protein shake is, of course, the Oreo Cookies. My personal preference for the flavor is Cookies and Cream. I use 3 cookies but you can increase or decrease the number to suit your preferences and nutrition goals. 3 cookies will also give the shake quite a bit of thickness.
1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder – I used ALLMAX Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup of Almond Breeze Milk
1/2 cup of dry oats
1 cup of ice
- Pour the milk into the blender and add the protein powder
- Blend until thoroughly mixed
- Add the oats and continue to blend
- Next, break up 3 oreo cookies into small pieces, add and blend
- Finally, add the ice, blend and enjoy
Macro Nutrient Details
These macro nutrients will vary based on the type of milk you use as well as the type of protein powder. They will also vary depending on if you use more or less of the other ingredients. I always use a protein powder that has at least 22 grams of protein. ALLMAX has 30 grams per scoop. It also adds a rich milk shake taste that we all love and enjoy.
