Delicious Strawberry, Banana, Oat, Protein Shake
This is a healthy, versatile protein shake perfect for breakfast, a post-workout meal or snack. This protein shake is a quick, healthy, yet delicious way to get an average of 30 grams of protein in. I like to make my shakes thick and icy so they tend to be quite filling. Check out the ingredients and directions below.
Ingredients
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Muscle Tech Nitro Tech)

Macro Nutrient Details
These macro nutrients will vary based on the type of milk you use as well as the type of protein powder. They will also vary depending on if you use more or less banana and strawberries. I always use a protein powder that has less than 6 grams of carbs and at least 22 grams of protein. I use Muscle Tech Nitro Tech not only for the taste but also because of the Creatine, BCAAs and Glutamine which help me grow and recover from the gym.
